Job Description
Iridium is seeking a Solution Architect for satellite mesh networks to design and deploy resilient, scalable, and adaptive mesh networking architectures for U.S. government (USG) or commercial satellite programs. This role involves architecting L2/L3 mesh topologies, developing control-plane architectures, and leading software-driven mesh network design. The position requires a secret security clearance and a commitment to serving the US government.
Requirements
- Architect and implement mesh-based network solutions.
- Design self-forming and self-healing L2/L3 mesh topologies.
- Develop and integrate control-plane architectures.
- Lead engineers in implementing and evolving mesh architectures.
- Lead technical response efforts.
- Work in an office setting and travel up to 10%
