Project Controls Analyst

Iridium is seeking a Project Controls Analyst to deliver high-quality work and drive projects to completion. The role involves establishing and maintaining program cost baselines, conducting Estimate at Completion (EAC) and variance analyses, and supporting contract execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or other related discipline
• 5+ years of professional experience in business management or other related fields
• Working experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry, particularly with DoD (Department of Defense)
• Working knowledge and experience with EVM (Earned Value Management)
• Strong PC skills and proficient knowledge with Microsoft Office suite
• Strong communication skills and analytical mindset
• Comfortable managing upward and establishing valuable relationships with others
• Ability to prioritize key tasks and have a strong sense of ownership over work
