Senior/Clinical Research Associate(Beijing/Shanghai/Guangzhou/Other Cities)

Perform site management and monitoring work to ensure sites are conducting studies and reporting data as required. Administer protocol training to sites, manage study progress, and maintain documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in scientific discipline or health care
• At least 1 year of on-site monitoring experience
• Good knowledge of clinical research regulatory requirements (GCP and ICH guidelines)
• Good therapeutic and protocol knowledge
• Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, laptop, iPhone, iPad)
• Written and verbal communication skills (English language)
• Organizational and problem-solving skills
• Effective time and financial management skills
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
