Job Description
Senior Risk Governance & Policy Management Specialist role responsible for policy development, risk governance, and oversight structures. Translates complex regulations into practical frameworks and advises management and committees on policy implementation, consistency, and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Master's degree in management, finance, law, or a related field
- At least 7 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or second-line functions in the financial sector
- In-depth knowledge of the Three Lines Model, ERM methodology, and European regulations (such as Basel III, DORA, ECB/EBA guidelines)
- Fluent in Dutch and English
