Senior Fund Corporate Oversight Officer

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree
• 4-7 years of experience in Corporate, Company, or Fiscal law
• Served as a Corporate Officer with 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with specialized software such as SAP
• Advanced knowledge of annual reporting law and Luxembourg company law (including SOPARFI, SICAR, SIF, RAIF)
• Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional language is considered an asset
