Sales Director - Real Estate Specialist

You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for IQ-EQ by creating and closing new sales opportunities, expanding market share, and strengthening client relationships across your Cluster. As a Sales Director - Real Estate Specialist, you will build, manage, and convert a strong pipeline of new business opportunities while driving upsell and cross-sell initiatives across an existing client portfolio.

Requirements

• 7 years' experience within the Financial Services industry
• Proven track record of delivering sustainable and profitable sales growth in high-pressure, senior sales environments
• Strong industry network and deep understanding of products across Funds & Asset Managers (RE)
• Experience managing complex, multi-jurisdictional sales processes and solution-based selling across multiple service lines
• Self-motivated, commercially driven, and able to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders
• Excellent relationship-building, presentation, and communication skills, with confidence engaging clients and partners at all levels
