Job Description
The IT Support Engineer (Level 2) role at IQ-EQ requires a candidate with 2–4 years of experience in IT support, ideally within an MSP environment, to work with intermediate to advanced technical issues across managed services stack.
Requirements
- Dispatched Work & Ticket Management
- Diagnosing technology issues submitted by external clients
- Configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 E5 tenant environments
- Managing Microsoft Intune device enrollment, compliance policies, and app deployment
- Configuring and troubleshooting Cisco Meraki MX, MS, and MR devices
- Responding to Meraki dashboard alerts and performing remediation
- Providing email, phone, and onsite support to external clients
