Job Description
Lead and execute the strategy of the UK Compliance Consulting business, contributing to the development of IQ-EQ's global Compliance service line. Develop strategic client relationships, drive commercial growth, and leverage regulatory expertise and industry network.
Requirements
- Lead and develop the UK Compliance Consulting team
- Direct the strategy and execution of the compliance consulting pods
- Manage Principal Consultants
- Work closely with the MD and other Directors to shape business strategy
- Drive revenue growth and secure new business opportunities
- Act as a senior technical authority
- Provide QA oversight, regulatory interpretation, and guidance
- Maintain responsibility for key strategic client relationships
- Build and strengthen relationships with senior internal stakeholders
