Senior Project Engineer/Specialist

This role will report directly to the Project Engineering Manager, or Sr. Manager/BP and support the project engineering team across various Silver-Line Plastics locations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in engineering, in a manufacturing environment or in a related field
• Bachelor of Mechanical or Civil Engineering
• Knowledge of extrusion and plastic molding equipment would be an asset
• Ability to work independently and within a team, with strong skills in personal motivation, influencing stakeholders, and relationship management
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills and rigor in detailed analysis
• Capacity to learn and evolve in a changing and technological environment
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of software such as AutoCad and the Office suite
• Strong technical expertise in engineering principles, practices, and technologies (Mechanical concepts, pneumatics and hydraulics)
