Processing Technician

IPEX is one of North America’s leading providers of advanced plastic piping systems. We're looking for a Processing Technician to join our facility in Lynchburg, Virginia, to optimize mold press operations and support high-quality production.

Requirements

• Scientific molding or systematic troubleshooting techniques for optimizing cycle times, minimizing defects and supporting mold trials
• Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment while adhering to all safety policies and 5S procedures
• Cross functional collaboration with engineering, quality and mold teams for continuous improvement, troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Must be eager to learn, excited to work on a team, and have good written and verbal communication skills
