Job Description
We are looking for a talented young professional to join our Risk Management team as a Junior Risk Data & Reporting Analyst. The role involves ingesting, cleansing, and documenting risk data, building and maintaining dashboards, and producing risk reports. The ideal candidate has a Master's degree in a related field, advanced Excel and Power BI skills, and fluency in Italian and English.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Engineering, Statistics/Mathematics, Data Science, or related fields
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
- Foundational understanding of ERM/RAF, KRI/KPI, and risk reporting principles
- Strong data quality mindset and attention to detail
- Clear data storytelling and presentation skills
- Collaborative mindset and effective stakeholder management
- Fluency in Italian and working English
