Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
• Around 10 years experience an IT Business Analyst
• In-depth Equities High Touch, Program trading and Market Connectivity business knowledge
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding in Java, SQL, FIX message protocol, Chronicle Queue
• Familiarity with AI development and CRM systems is a plus
• Understanding of Java will be a plus
• Able to speak Mandarin and willing to travel to Shenzhen occasionally will be advantageous
