We are currently looking for an engaged account manager (m/w/d) who will support our growing sales team and contribute to further developing our market position.
Your tasks with us:
- Proactive customer acquisition: You will independently take care of existing customers and build targeted customer relationships in your area of responsibility - whether through personal initiative or targeted campaigns.
- Inwerk as core supplier establish: You position Inwerk at planners and B2B end customers as the preferred supplier for office furniture and solutions.
- Customer inquiries qualify and process: You ensure that all incoming inquiries are processed in a timely manner and potential projects are pushed forward efficiently.
- Product solutions develop: In close cooperation with our customers, you develop tailored solutions and acquire successful new projects.
- Complex office solutions implement: You coordinate closely with our internal project team and office planners to meet the needs of our customers optimally.
- Creative concepts develop: Together with the B2B marketing team, you develop innovative approaches to customer communication and contribute to the further development of our marketing strategy.
- Business development: You identify growth opportunities in your area of responsibility and actively help to further develop our business.
- Offers create and orders process: You create precise offers and take over the complete processing of orders to ensure a smooth implementation.
Your profile
The following skills are expected:
- Language skills: Very good German language skills in writing and speaking, English language skills are an advantage.
- Communication skills: You are a communication talent who convinces through professionalism and positive presence.
- Sales experience: Ideally, you have 2-3 years of experience in the sales environment, either in telephone or personal contact with customers.
- Personal responsibility & commitment: You work independently and with high initiative to successfully implement projects.
- Dynamic personality: Your motivated 'Doer' mentality helps you to impress customers and build long-term partnerships.
- Technical skills: Safe handling of MS Office and CRM systems is a matter of course for you.
