Job Description
InvoiceCloud is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer in its Insurance vertical to shape how customers connect their core systems to their EBPP platform. This role involves designing, delivering, and supporting secure, scalable integrations to enable frictionless digital payment experiences. Candidates will collaborate with partners and internal teams to contribute to customer engagement, product expertise, and efficient system integration testing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or similar field
- Deep experience in insurance policy, billing, and claims lifecycle
- 4+ years in SaaS system integration, consulting, software development, or technical sales roles
- Proficiency in integrating SOAP/REST APIs
- Hands-on experience with modern cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Strong understanding of data integration (JSON, XML, SFTP, SQL)
- Development experience in Python, Java, or .NET (VB.NET a plus)
