Requirements
- Set up and maintain employee laptops, cellphones, and other hardware.
- Provide first-line and second-line support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot IT issues across all departments.
- Manage Microsoft 365 accounts and improve Teams usage.
- Monitor and maintain network and infrastructure.
- Liaise with IT suppliers for equipment purchases.
- Ensure company devices meet performance, security, and compliance standards.
