Entry-Level Community Outreach Associate

We are hiring Entry-Level Community Outreach Associates to support nonprofit and charitable organizations through outreach, campaigns, and community engagement. No prior experience is required.

Requirements

• Serve as a brand ambassador for nonprofit partners at outreach events and community locations
• Engage community members through face-to-face conversations to raise awareness and generate support
• Present nonprofit missions, programs, and impact stories in a clear, compelling manner
• Collaborate with outreach teams to meet daily engagement and fundraising goals
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and maintenance of branded outreach materials
• Document interactions and collect community insights to improve outreach strategies
• Participate in ongoing training focused on communication skills, leadership development, and advocacy
