Job Description
Investment Property Group, headquartered in Park City, Utah, is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to support the operations of a 200-unit manufactured housing community located in Layton, UT. The role involves assisting with leasing, resident relations, rent collection, maintenance, and fostering a positive community environment. They prioritize a positive and professional attitude, employee engagement, and maintaining high property standards.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative abilities
- Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle conflict and provide excellent customer service
- Marketing and sales skills for promoting vacant lots/homes
- Proficiency in property management software
- Valid driver's license
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred)
