Investment Property Group, a private real estate investment firm, is seeking a dedicated Community Manager for their manufactured housing community in Auburn, Washington. The role involves managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing team members, and maintaining positive relationships with residents and stakeholders. This position is on-site and a full-time commitment.

Requirements

• 1+ years’ experience managing a manufactured housing or multifamily community of 100+ units.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster positive relationships with residents and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with rent collection and delinquency management.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service and handle complaints.
