Business Analyst

Requirements

• Higher education (preferably in economics, mathematics, business management or related field)
• At least 2 years of experience as analyst, researcher, or in similar positions
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, with experience in data analysis
• Expertise in crafting compelling presentations and data visualizations, effectively communicating insights to diverse stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Lithuanian
• Willingness to learn best Salesforce.com practices
• A self-driven, structured mindset with a strong sense of ownership and a desire to challenge and change the status quo
