Investor Reporting & Fund Operations Analyst / Associate

Invesco is seeking an Investor Reporting & Fund Operations Analyst / Associate to join their team in New York. The successful candidate will own the quarterly reporting process, prepare client materials, and support fund operations. Key responsibilities include client reporting, fund operations, and process optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
• One+ year(s) of experience in real estate investment, fund operations, or investor relations preferred but not required.
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive and act with sense of urgency with internal and client requests.
• Demonstrated resourcefulness with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Yardi is a plus.
