Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program and be a rising Junior graduating by summer of 2027
- Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong leadership, initiative, and interpersonal skills; ambitious and creative demeanor
- Strong analytical/quantitative and technical abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to ambiguous situations and learn quickly in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work well with others across teams with varied strengths and backgrounds
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
