Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT business analysis or equivalent job tasks in a large corporate environment, preferably in the financial sector
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both business and technical audiences
• Strategic and analytical thinking, as well as excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to contribute to business goals through the design of IT solutions
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Active English language skills
• Customer-oriented thinking, assertive communication, and attentive listening skills
• Adaptability to changes, openness to new technologies and trends, and continuous personal development
