Senior AV Programmer

Intrepid Solutions is seeking a Senior A/V Programmer to join their team of AV professionals. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in AV Engineering, Design, Programming, and Lifecycle Maintenance, with a strong background in Extron/Crestron programming.

Requirements

• Active and current Top Secret (TS)/SCI upon application, required.
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or a related field OR completion of an apprenticeship program and equivalent years of work-related experience.
• One or more of the following certifications is preferred: Programming and/or design certifications for Extron/Crestron, Certified Broadcast Networking Engineer (CBNE), Certified Technology Specialist-Designer (CTS-D), Cisco Network Administrator (CNA), or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in the field of AV Engineering, Design, Programming, and Lifecycle Maintenance.
• Senior-level Extron/Crestron programming experience.
• Experience working as a senior member of an AV design and integration team.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to multi-task across a portfolio of AV projects and initiatives.
• Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience communicating directly with customers, vendors, and service providers to foster strong relationships and a positive and collaborative environment.
