Property Maintenance Technician

Welcome to InTown Suites! We are currently seeking a Property Maintenance Technician at one of our hotel properties. The Property Maintenance Technician will be responsible for daily upkeep of the property, including monitoring, maintaining, repairing, and preforming preventative maintenance on hotel property and equipment. He/She is required to live on property, must be on call for emergency situations, and will also work as the Property Attendant one or two days a week, as determined by the General Manager/Regional Operations Manager.

Requirements

• Ability to read, speak, write and understand the English language
• Ability to compose and express thoughts in a clear and understandable way
• Ability to organize oneself and work with limited supervision
• Ability to manage multiple activities in stressful situations
• Working knowledge of air conditioning systems and equipment
• Working knowledge of electrical systems and components
• Skill and ability to operate hand and power tools
• Mental and physical demands of working on uneven surfaces, in extreme weather conditions, and lifting heavy objects
