Bid Manager:in / Angebotsmanager:in (m|w|d)

Our team is looking for a Bid Manager to join our company, INTILION, where you will be responsible for steering the offer process for our largest and most complex projects. You will develop offer strategies with foresight and precision, ensure deal speed and offer quality, and work with internal stakeholders to ensure technical, economic, and legal coherence.

Requirements

• Completed degree (e.g. business administration, economics engineering) or equivalent qualification with a project focus
• At least 3 years of experience in bid, offer, or project management - ideally in the energy, EPC, or infrastructure sector
• Understanding of complex technical systems (e.g. storage, electrical infrastructure, grid connection) - or willingness to deepen knowledge
• Proactive, structured, and communicative skills in German and English
