Campus Staff Minister - West Virginia (Graduate and Faculty Ministry) is a full-time position responsible for building witnessing communities of students and faculty who follow Jesus on college and university campuses. The role involves spiritual growth, campus leadership, organizational collaboration, and ministry partnership development.
Requirements
- Pursue maturity as a disciple of Jesus Christ
- Communicate and model InterVarsity's vision
- Create a culture of humble dependence on God
- Lead students and faculty through Scripture, prayer, and discipleship experiences
- Develop and execute plans to achieve annual goals
- Mobilize students and faculty to engage their relational networks with the gospel
- Supervise Ministry Interns and Campus Ministry Interns as delegated
- Partner with and respond positively to the direction and coaching of supervisors and national leaders
- Contribute to collaborative and productive team meetings and relationships
- Affiliate chapters under your care and submit Graduating Student Forms
- Use national ministry resources and tools
- Complete reporting, planning and review requirements in a timely way
- Comply with all InterVarsity policies and procedures
- Raise 100% of the financial budget assigned by your supervisor
- Communicate regularly with ministry partners
- Develop on-going, long-lasting partnership with alumni and volunteers
- Accomplish all other assigned tasks as appropriate
