Intertek is seeking a strategic sales leader to drive growth in Italy, France, Spain, and surrounding regions. The role involves developing and executing regional sales strategies, leading a high-performing sales team, and fostering strong client relationships. Success will be measured by revenue, margin, and profit targets, along with account management and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7–10 years of sales experience in engineering or technical b2b services
• Proven track record in developing strategic sales plans and exceeding targets
• Leadership style balancing performance management with coaching and people development
• Strong technical understanding to translate engineering solutions into commercial value
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Analytical, data-driven mindset
• Fluent in English and Italian
