Manager of Compliance & Reporting

Interstate Waste Services is seeking a Manager of Compliance & Reporting to support operations, safety, maintenance, sales, customer service, marketing, billing, and finance teams. The role involves ensuring compliance with local laws, defining scalable processes, managing team workloads, and improving overall compliance effectiveness. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of Regulatory Compliance experience.
• 7+ years managing a team of 10+ individuals.
• Previous experience working in a corporate environment with high expectations.
• Previous experience developing efficient training and onboarding plans.
• Excellent analytical skills, ability to quickly aggregate and analyze data/information.
• Experience designing successful reporting hierarchies
• High level of professionalism and ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
