We are seeking a driven Site Manager to work in one of our client’s sites, responsible for managing the daily activities of the janitorial department, planning and directing team members, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of related experience in the janitorial commercial cleaning services industry
• Proven experience supervising departments of 15+ employees
• Ability to maintain a budget
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven job reliability, diligence, dedication, and attention to detail
