Master Data Support Specialist

We are looking for a Master Data Support Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. The role involves maintaining and updating supplier master data, executing mass data uploads, and supporting onboarding and training for new users. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in working with master data, hands-on knowledge of ERP systems, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Requirements

• Proficiency in working with master data, supplier master data is a plus
• Hands-on knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. Infor M3, SAP, Oracle) or other business platforms (CRM, cloud systems, etc.)
• Experience supporting or implementing global systems in a multinational environment
• Strong analytical mindset with a high attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and handle multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams
• Ability to work effectively in a complex collaborative, matrix environment with virtual teams in a multi-cultural / geographically diverse environment
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the capacity for mature judgment in challenging situations
• A strong command of spoken and written English is a must, and knowledge of German is a plus
