Business Application Specialist – Infor M3 Sales Management

We are looking for a Business Application Specialist to support our daily work and challenges with our IT Applications & Business Solutions scope. The role involves implementing end-to-end processes in a complex solution environment centered around INFOR CloudSuiteTM Food & Beverage, ensuring applications meet business needs and end-user requirements, and resolving system application issues.

Requirements

• Solid business understanding and ability to build relationships between business and IT
• Advanced knowledge of business process management, requirements definition, solution design and testing
• Order to Cash cycle experience required; with M3 functional application support experience is a plus
• Experience with ERP implementations, e.g., M3 Sales Management, M3 Supply Chain Execution, EDI and Transportation Management Systems
• Ability to work effectively in a complex collaborative, matrix environment with virtual teams in a multi-cultural / geographically diverse environment
• Good command of spoken and written the English language is a must, and German is a plus
