Job Description
WebMD seeks a Senior Clinical Specialist to contribute to AI content initiatives across HCP and DTC, executing the AI content strategy and delivering accurate, current, and relevant information to healthcare providers through AI.
Requirements
- Act as an operational point of contact between editorial and product for daily tasks and issue resolution related to AI initiatives
- Lead the daily content QA workflow on AI interface output, identifying and troubleshooting issues related to accuracy, relevance, and formatting
- Support the evaluation process by gathering content sources for inclusion in and exclusion from our LLM, by documenting eligibility based on established criteria
