Job Description
International Justice Mission (IJM) is seeking a Sr. Lead, Backend and Web Application Developer to lead the back-end execution and organization of development on all of IJM’s resource technology platforms. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years’ experience in web development and coding, with a strong understanding of responsive design, web standards, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; or equivalent experience
- 6+ years’ experience in web development and coding
- 4+ years’ experience with Salesforce suite of products
- Previous experience with Craft CMS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, and Google analytics
- Knowledge of responsive design, web standards and best practice
- Strong and proven ability to code responsive webpages and emails that are optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop
- Proven understanding of cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility issues and experience working through them
