Job Description
IJM is seeking a Director, Strategic Partnerships to cultivate deep, trust-based relationships with existing donors and identify new supporters through strategic networking and regional connections. The role is remote with preference for candidates based in the Dallas-Forth Worth, Texas, area.
Requirements
- 5+ years of fundraising experience or equivalent sales experience
- Proven track record of securing $1M+ annually from major donors and foundations
- Experience managing, tracking, and reporting on the financial efforts of a donor portfolio
- Extensive experience with donor cultivation, donor portfolio, and moves management
- Salesforce experience a plus
