Technical Solutions Analyst - Buenos Aires

Interlaced is hiring a Technical Solutions Analyst to work remotely in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The candidate will participate in client discovery calls, translate technical requirements into project scopes, and develop labor estimates and project effort models.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in an MSP, IT services, consulting, or solutions engineering environment
• Working knowledge of common business IT environments including: Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace, Azure / AWS /GCP cloud infrastructure, Endpoint management platforms, Networking fundamentals, Identity and access management
• C1 or higher proficiency in English
• Strong written communication skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to estimate technical implementation effort with strong attention to detail
