The VDR Works Supervisor is responsible for monitoring and coordinating the VDR and Divers Network works on the construction site, ensuring smooth execution in accordance with technical standards, deadlines, budget, quality, and safety.

Requirements

• Supervise and coordinate teams on the ground (internal and subcontractors)
• Control the progress of the works in accordance with the plans, specifications, and technical standards
• Ensure daily monitoring of the site
• Ensure the good application of safety and hygiene rules on the site
• Participate in site meetings and write meeting reports
• Identify discrepancies and propose corrective actions
• Ensure the management of materials, equipment, and logistics on the site
• Collaborate with the design offices, suppliers, and other project stakeholders
