Requirements

• Experience in the insurance industry (e.g. through training or studies) or legal background (e.g. studies in law, legal specialist, training as a paralegal) or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the field of automotive claims processing is an advantage
• Enjoy active contact with claimants, customers, colleagues and service providers
• Secure command of the German language in word and writing
