Job Description
The Personal Assistant: Head is responsible for providing effective, efficient, and responsive administrative and secretarial service in the Assurance and Monitoring area. Key responsibilities include office management, phone and email handling, documentation processing, and meeting management.
Requirements
- National Diploma in Public Administration/Management/Office Management/Administration or related qualification
- At least 3 years' working experience as a Personal Assistant/ Secretary or in a similar environment
- Excellent working experience in MS Office
- SAP experience is an added advantage
