Job Description
We are a modern producer cooperative seeking a committed IT support specialist to strengthen our team. The successful candidate will handle incidents and CRs, take and analyze disturbances, and provide technical support and maintenance to our IT infrastructure.
Requirements
- Experience in 1st and 2nd level support / IT service desk
- Friendly appearance and communication skills
- Comprehensive knowledge in MS services, Windows Server, and Microsoft Active Directory
- Routinely handling common hardware and software applications
- Very good German language skills
