Job Description
We are a medium-sized confectionery company in Germany looking for a motivated IT support professional to strengthen our IT team. The successful candidate will provide first- and second-level support to employees, analyze and eliminate hardware and software problems, and contribute to the development and optimization of our IT infrastructure.
Requirements
- Completed training in the IT sector (e.g. Fachinformatiker:in Systemintegration)
- First professional experience in IT support desirable
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and network technologies
- Service-oriented, structured, and independent working style
- Team skills, communication strength, and reliability
- Very good knowledge of German, English knowledge is an advantage
