Provides milieu supervision of the program and its participants, including coordinating and facilitating social-rehabilitation groups and programs.
Requirements
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Human Services field or high school diploma (G.E.D.)
- Current active CNA/MA Certification for the State of Connecticut
- Peer Support Specialist Certification
- 3 years of experience in residential setting preferred
- Working knowledge of substance abuse and/or mental health treatment
- CPR Certification
- Valid Driver License (Preferred)
