Lead UX Researcher to drive research efforts and lead a team of UX Researchers, ensuring high-quality research and professional growth. The role involves designing and conducting research using qualitative and quantitative methods, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and advocating research findings to diverse audiences.
Requirements
- Leadership & Mentoring skills
- Qualitative and quantitative research methods
- User Research Methodologies such as User Interviews, Usability Testing, Diary studies, Competitor Research
- Great communication skills
- A can-do, proactive attitude
- Ability to see patterns in research to help aid the designers
- Meticulous sense of detail and the ability to seek out simple solutions to complex challenges
- Report writing
- Ability to recruit users / customers
