We are looking for a Technical Client Support specialist who speaks Spanish or Italian to join our Client Technical Support Team. The ideal candidate will be analytical, have initiative, and be methodical, with a passion for solving technical problems.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Italian (any other European language is a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a technical field)
- 2+ years in a client-facing support role
- 2+ years’ experience working with Windows and Mac, software support, connectivity support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with support ticketing systems
- Adaptable to a constantly changing technical environment
- Experience with financial products and services (plus)
