Financial Services Representative - Trade Issues

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused individual to join the Trade Issues team. This role is critical in maintaining our high standards of client satisfaction by investigating and resolving complex trade-related inquiries.

Requirements

• Investigation of client inquiries encompassing a broad array of themes
• Resolve routine and complex client inquiries, concerns, and complaints thoroughly and expeditiously
• Familiarize yourself with various proprietary platforms
• Assist and support the Quality Assurance Department with complaint resolution
• Coordinate activities with other local and international Client Service divisions
• Analyze existing systems and procedures to recommend and assist in implementing enhancements
