Interactive Brokers is seeking a Client Services Representative to join their team in Sydney, Australia. The ideal candidate will have strong client service experience, mathematical and technical aptitude, and the ability to troubleshoot and explain complex subjects.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in a fast-paced client service environment
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree preferred
• FINRA Series 7, 63 or ability to obtain licenses
• Multi-language skills are a plus
