Intellum is seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead a team of front-end and back-end engineers, driving clear, accountable execution across product development, technical improvements, and operational responsibilities.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js
- 2+ years of engineering leadership experience
- Experience with modern web technologies
- Hands-on experience with RESTful API design and building scalable backend services
- Experience supporting production systems
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams in remote and distributed environments
- Track record of driving projects to completion and holding delivery commitments
- Strong communication skills
