Job Description
IntelliPro Group Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service/Billing Specialist to support accurate and timely utility billing by investigating and resolving billing discrepancies. This role ensures compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards and maintains customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Investigate and resolve billing errors using the customer information system (CSS).
- Process billing corrections and adjustments in compliance with company procedures and audit standards.
- Interpret and apply utility tariffs, billing policies, and regulatory practices.
- Research client billing issues as directed.
