Job Description
IntelliGenesis is seeking a System Administrator Level 2 to analyze requirements, provide support for IT systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability. The role involves system configuration, operation, and monitoring, as well as providing tiered support including escalation and communication. The position requires strong understanding of system administration interdependencies and troubleshooting IT systems.
Requirements
- US Citizenship Only
- TS/SCI Clearance and Polygraph required
- Ten (10) years’ experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university
