Job Description
Join our Product Management team as a Product Manager and help shape the future of our IntegrityNext platform.
Requirements
- Product leadership and strategic responsibility: Experience in product management, preferably in the B2B-SaaS sector or other regulatory topics, ideally with end-to-end responsibility for a product area
- Ability to define a product vision, develop an executable strategy, and transfer knowledge into a clear, validated roadmap
- Strong prioritization and decision-making skills based on user value, business impact, regulatory requirements, and technical feasibility
- AI-native product development and discovery excellence: Experience with AI-native solutions or high willingness to learn and apply new AI technologies
- Experience in structured discovery, early problem validation, and data-driven methods for evaluating solutions
- Demonstrated success in delivering measurable user and business results rather than just output-oriented focus
- Collaboration, communication, and stakeholder alignment: Excellent cross-functional collaboration and strong stakeholder management
- Ability to create clear and concise documentation for internal teams and customers
