Job Description
INTEGRIS Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for nights in Yukon, OK to provide patient care in the Intensive Care Unit. Requirements
- Assessment and re-assessment of patient care.
- Development and implementation of patient care plans.
- Evaluation of and supervision of other healthcare professionals.
- Physical restraint, utilizing Behavior Management Technique System.
- Adherence to National Patient Safety Goals.
- Mental Health support for physical restraint, appropriate for level of contact.
- Adherence to standard precautions.
